Did anyone else find it a bit touching?

And can someone please tell me what the music was that was being played behind it?

Actually yes, although I found the scenario a bit daft,I did get carried along with it, I am very sentimental though anyway.

Had it been for real, there could have been good content for a very meaningful service.

As you pointed out,the music was really appropriate and perfect, but those words you list above would be perfect lines for any wedding.
If I ever get married,I would want those words at my wedding.

Watched it again today and yes like you it brought a lump to my throat.

This is gettin silly now.

I thought it was pretty cute & funny. At least they aren't just sitting around doing nothing.

ram513 25-08-2011 01:46 PM

I'll try to find out the song for you :D

It was actually quite cringey tbh. Just the way it was all so set up and fake :/

I thought it was romantic. I think Amy looked absolutely stunning, and i think Pamela was an amazing Preacher(or whatever yu call it)

I really did cry when Pamela said the vows. It really did make me feel lonely, and want to say those vows to someone. :(

I want to get married and it kills me thinking that i'm still not allowed to in my own country. i used to say i don't care, the government doesn't get to say how i love someone. but i do want a wedding i think now. I do want to get married.

Ok, according to Shazam, it's some Japanese song...
And then the second search came up with "Judy Collins - Sailor's Life"

Try using Shazam on your iPod or phone, if you can get it on your phone, and then try to find out ;)

BigBrotherfan4ever 25-08-2011 07:09 PM

Was this a task that BB gave them, or did the HM's just come up with the idea themselves, i couldn't quite understand it to be honest.

This.

Jedward almost seem to be going for that angle, like with that talk show they did. It's almost as if they've sort of planned what they were gonna do before they entered the house

Callum 25-08-2011 07:44 PM

I liked the music but that was about it. Was so staged.

Gillian-73 25-08-2011 08:26 PM

No i can honestly say i didn't find it touching, i hated it!
