I really hope someone hooks them on to drugs and gives them some webcams so they become one of these car crash personalities who document every little nuance of their remaining and increasingly shortening life.

I want to follow Jedwards path to destruction 24/7 via YouTube and Twitter. I want to wake up to random fifty second video updates of Edward trying to work a CD player at ten in the morning in a tattered flat full of cigarette ends after a night on the sauce or footage of John talking in hysterics with a worrying tone about his views on the afterlife as some old tape of all the Abra Kebabra adverts he done plays away in the backround.

That's all I'm asking from Jedward.

More likely they will be the new Ant & Dec and you'll be seeing them on your TV screen for the next 20 years........... no need of webcams! :D :D

they set the bar low and it hasn't recovered. They would have probably got better celebs if it hadn't been known early on that they were gonna be on it.

They do not have nasty confrontations with other HMs or get sulky and refuse to do things, or winge in the DR, or threaten to walk out whenever something displeases them.

All those sort of things spoil CBB and BB for me.

I agree. A lot of their fans keep talking about how entertaining they are, but I really don't see it. It may just be me, but I don't find nineteen year olds acting like they're five all the time very funny.

I couldn't agree more with you, they have actually made this CBB series in my view. I really like them anyway so have a biased view though 'but' also as a lady of 87 pointed out to me today in ASDA at least they don't sling out foul language right, left and centre too.

they're kiddy entertainment. When I think back to the glory days of Pete Burns bitching this series makes me want to weep.

I don't even watch it anymore and it's purely down to Jedward and the editing. Now that it's being produced without the feed and with over the top production it's like this cbeebies version of Jersey Shore or The Real World or something only nothing happens for most of the time.

Before Big Brother's minamilist production made charming and 'psychological' the fact that the show is largely complete non event with the odd blip in the radar. Now it's just boring, trite television for spastics.

If it's like every other reality show in the world now I'd rather just watch a good one.

Not watched for the past few days bit seems I have not missed much :bored: Don't get why it's the Jedward show though, they have some pretty interesting people in there and these twonks get all the attention. Surely this can't be doing their career any favours. If they win I won't be happy and will be calling fix :bored:

I thought you never watched their edits on CBB Zippy, I thought you said you did other things when they were on so as not to see them at all, you seem to know more as to what they do than I do and I am a fan.

thats a silly desperate point. I watch the show and therefore its hard to avoid them.

You really need to stop taking every word so literally. I dont literally jump up and look for something to do when they appear. I just browse my laptop or re-arrange my scatter cushions.

The whole appeal (for want of a better word) of Jedward is that they live in a little world of their own which is largely unaffected by anyone else. This is so, so far as their act is concerned, but they are now rich enough to carry on that way in real life too. They have amassed enough never to have to work again.

It is pointless saying 19yr olds should be like this or that. It's a bit like saying a 50yr old shouldn't have Alzheimer's - but, sadly, some do!

Jedward's age is irrelevant except they have earned more by 19 than most people on here will earn by the time they retire!

Being on the forum as it is will saturate your brain with any instance involving Jedward. I really hate this idea that you are somehow contradicting yourself by exposing yourself to or talking about people or things you hate. It's almost as piss weak an argument as 'you only hate them coz they have more money than you'.

change the effing record ffs. I can tell you for a 1000% fact Im not remotely jealous. Just pissed off that theyve hijacked a favourite show of mine and made it a total kiddy snoozefest.

And I can say hand on heart that I can't remember watching one single show theyve been in since XF. If they guest on a show I just dont watch.

I do think envy of success, measured in money terms, is a factor. The other factor is envy of the attention they get from girls in the age group which may the target of the envier - if you get my drift! ;)

I.e. much the same as hatred of Justin Bieber.
