C5 must think we are idiots, well they will know that they cant get away with this when the ratings for BB12,CBB9 and BB13 come around.

Tara was the bookies fave to go.

And I expect the percentages will be released after the final too :)

The bookies still think like its a votes to evict.

And you mean when the series is over they have gone through the percentages in there head so it rounds up to 100% ?

Do not trust the results when they do not reveal the percentages, even ITV has learnt that.

IAC and XF don't reveal their % till after the final either. It'd damage the voting to knows whos out in the clear and who has no chance.

TBF they do bottom two systems so I understand why they have to wait until the end,but Big Brother only has to reveal the HM that came bottom of the votes percentage.

Seriously I dont see how BB has it that hard.

I keep reading this thread as vote to save the ruins of CBB8

Completely disagree.... it shows the true picture. You vote for your favorite...simple.When its vote to evict out of say 3 people in order to save your favorite the followers of 1 person have their votes spread over two of the others and therefore does not show the true picture.

It should have always been this way... had it been we would have seen some very different winners over the years.

The bigger the change the harder it is to accept, but I'm sure we'll get used to vote to save eventually.

At this moment in time though, I personally don't like it at all. As someone else has said it's OK if there are only two up but any more than that and the only way you could get the same effect (possibly) would be to vote for all but the one you want to evict.

But on the positive side it'll make BB less fickle, it'll give BB critics less to complain about because it won't be as aggressive, and it'll give the underdogs a better chance.

I'm glad it's vote to save, i've always wanted it.

Hi there. :wavey:

I think it will definitely bring a whole new dynamic to the game, particularly in that it will make fan clubs more important and make it less easy to get rid of someone just for one mistake (if they have a following). As someone who tends to support the underdog it could be just the ticket.

The only problem is it removes that 'justice' aspect and turns it into a race with no losers only winners. I.e. my least favourite HM at the moment, Bobby, could come in nth place but it's just not the same as saying 'what you did with the sweat was out of order'.

Theres 1 week left, it isnt a biggy although I am disappointed.

Plus Bobby would have gone, for sure.

A lot of these comments come down to personal like, if your favourite goes you claim the show is ruined. In my opinion vote to save gets rid of dead wood, which can never be a bad thing.

Vote To Save has been begged for, and now people don't want it? Channel 5 are trying new ideas out and should be given a chance.
