The judges don't work with the acts anyway. They meet with them on a Sunday briefly, turn up for a sound check or dress rehearsal on the Friday and then come in to judge on Saturday and Sunday nights.

All the actual work is done by the crew, vocal coach and stylists etc.

I think I'll give it a miss this week though, I can't stomach Alexandra's ego.

I'm gutted it isn't Nicole but it makes sense to use Alexandra, she'll do a good job and she won't outshine Kelly like Nicole would. But I still think Nicole will be replacing Kelly next year

Judging by what I've seen of X Factor USA so far, her spot on that panel will be up for grabs next year so it's possible. lol
