I think that having everybody take the mickey out of his dancing days before may have made Aaron a bit self conscious in front of the rest of them, so dancing alone was a better option than more ridicule.

Lets not read in to things here. It was 100% for the cameras (at one point you even saw him looking for them). That isn't to say it wasn't funny.

It's just my opinion, and half the fun of this show is speculating on housemates motivations for their actions. I just think he looked a bit hurt when they were all taking the mick.

This indeed is your opinion.

That dosen't stop it from being, in MY opinion, a ridiculous take on it.

Everytime someone here almost convinces me that the public 'get' Aaron and love him for his game playing someone makes a post like this one and just proves to me again that he is exploiting the gullible.

I don't really see how I'm being exploited, it's not like I've ever voted for Aaron. I do think he's playing a game as far as influencing nominations, I just don't think every single thing he does in there is part of his game playing. That, to me, is a ridiculous suggestion.

I didn't say you was being exploited, I said your post and how you apparently see things shows me how people are in general.

I am glad you thought that Pyr, because obviously I did as well.

It was heavy handed for Aaron, he is normally more subtle then this in his contrived behaviour... maybe he is getting cocky and thinks he has it in the bag and it dosen't matter anymore if the public see his game playing (the gameplaying he has always denied for himself when in the house and accused others of).

What Aaron is misjudging though, IMO, is that the bulk of his support comes from the mistaken belief that he is genuine and has integrity. Last night he took a step down the road of obvious Anton style gameplaying, which the public in general hate.

Tactically a bad miss step on his part I think.

Don't you go getting too excited because I don't fawn over every single thing that Aaron does and gild over it.

Actually, I think it was partly due to the fact that he'd spent 2.5 hours in bed, because he didn't like the music or the food - that he possibly would have felt like a muppet going in for a dance when a tune came on that he really liked - as he'd have got some amount of ribbing (especially when the other hms had been drinking). I hate being sober and then mixing with people who are plastered- and if Aaron too is like that, that may also have been a reason. That doesn't mean I don't also think that it seemed a bit staged.

I take great exception at being branded as having ''the mistaken belief that he is genuine and has integrity". I believe he is and has as a person: but that doesn't prevent him from 'playing the game'. As long as he does not hurt anyone's feelings by coming out of the house and backstabbing them (in the way Harry has done). If he does; I'll be the first on here to condone that.

I also believe he is playing the game and this possibly 'staged' dance - althought more obvious, doesn't mean he has any less integrity or is disgenuine - because it shows he is taking the show for what it is, a game: which he himself said in about the first week in the diary room.

So you don't think doing a little dance in the bathroom and searching for the cameras is a bit strange? Not to say I wasn't funny, but he without a doubt knew what he was doing

martoon 01-11-2011 07:18 AM

I cannot believe you Aaron fans dont see him as a treacherous lying disloyal sly a**wipe that he really is,

good on you all for voting him the winner

martoon 01-11-2011 07:43 AM

Aaron is a traitor to his word,
A backstabber to his fellow housemates,
and disloyal to the one he appartently love
yet still holds the adouring publics vote,

I'm simply astounded

You can't say "without a doubt" because you don't know for a fact why he did what he did. None of us do, so all we have are opinions until he comes out and someone asks him about it.

That's possibly a bit unfair on "people in general" to cast me as being representative of them. I'm not sure I'm ready for that kind of pressure. :)

martoon 05-11-2011 04:27 AM

All you Aaron fans out there will cost him the BB championship,
because hes so far ahead in the polls you will believe YOU dont NEED to vote
