But theres really no point in this argument.

As if he had refused to do the task, he would be wrong. If he had done the task half heartedly, he would be wrong. And if he threw himself into it, did what the others said, and made them laugh a lot(like he did) he is still wrong :D

He cant win with some sure enough. :joker:

So you wouldn't be annoyed with him if he sat in the corner and refused to join in, losing them the booze.? ;)

BBfan6418 06-11-2011 02:21 AM

I am annoyed he is a hypocrite.

If he was the person who he has portrayed himself as ALL ALONG - someone with dignity and principles - he could still have done a strip tease in a tasteful and funny way (did he HAVE to strip completely naked)??? - and not thrust himself at Tom and mounted his shoulders (especially when the boy had had a 'thing' for him, and could have still....)
Less was definitely more in this case. Really, anyone who says differently are not doing themselves any favours.
Alex is my fav - but if she stripped naked and bucked herself at Louise (task or no task) it would be so out of character I would go right off her - because she wouldn't be the person I thought she was.
I thought Aaron fans loved his dignified and principled manner (which is fake in my eyes). Can you see anything dignified in his behaviour in that task?

Ah but see the odd thing about these Aaron fans that you speak of...not every one of them thinks the exact same thing on every situation like you seem to think they do. Same as not all Alex fans think the exact same thing, all Jay fans, and so on. Its simply ridiculous for people to keep pigeonholing fans.

Personally I like him because hes entertaining, and has been since the start. Every storyline...he has been a part of, I love his humour, and find his behaviour intriguing as I have never known anyone like him before. Nothing to do with dignity or principles. Also, I accept that he has flaws (many of them) yet still like him.

So to me, dignity aint really a problem, as this entertained me.

Cheddarcakes 06-11-2011 02:53 AM

Aaron was always up for a game of dare , it's a time honoured BB tradition afterall so as a super-fan it was right he flung himself into it with gusto.Hilarious too :p

Nothing to do with diminishing his dignity or corrupting his sense of values.Good on 'im

well said there...that's not the reaction given when other HMs provide controversial and even disgusting bahaviour for viewing but hey, why not dis someone for simply playing along with the game? geeze everyone keeps going on about him joining in with the group and being less uptight but when he does suddenly there's a problem with that too! He was having a laugh with the other HMs and we've seen so much worse in that house let's face it lol

Anyone wanna sniff my finger???

exactly...some people need to get a grip on reality...its just an entertainment show and that's exactly what its meant to do, entertain us.

HMs are picked based on whether they may be entertaining to the viewer...what's the big deal with some of the ppl on here? In the words of the man himself...Oh dear

Videostar...I'm so glad some of us 'get' it lol

aha but i wouldnt be mad - if he didnt go on and on about how he cant relate to the others and has dignity and self respect. And he didnt have to go that far- i doubt bb thought the persdon would go full nakey

But instead he decided to straddle tom naked to win some booze- classy. So much self respect as well :idc:

rk3388 06-11-2011 04:19 AM

and people who said aarons entertaining, i dont know what show your watching, but the past 4 weeks of the aaron and faye storyline was horrible and i acually had to skip all their nonsense completely this week

So as long as your being a hypocrite throughout your not really a hypocrite. Got it.

Because he did it again tonight. He sat in front of everyone and said if he was offered 50K to leave he would take it. Then at the end of the show he is telling tom if they gave him 100K for second he would not take it because winning was more important.

jyunga 06-11-2011 05:01 AM

Being a hypocrite means saying one thing and doing another. You can say one think and then change your mind the next day. That isn't hypocritical at all.

Pyramid* 06-11-2011 05:13 AM

They were playing strip..... given that there were 2 girls - it would have been a bit unfair to expect the girls to do it - so it could be said that Aaron jumped in to defend the honour and dignity of the ladies remaining in the house - as well as having a big of fun (you know, that thing many non Aaron fans accuse him of not being). :bored:

I actually burst out laughing - that real belly laugh stuff - because it was so completely unexpected and he was laughing - Tom totally lapped it up - and IIRC, I can't remember hearing Tom protesting much. ;)

Precisely. If he had refused, he'd have been called the party pooper, ruining it for everyone else, selfish, didn't give a damn about anyone else........

Ssheeshh... there's no pleasing some people at times eh! :D

Aaron to win.

Bluerang1 06-11-2011 05:39 AM

He didn't have to take it that far is all.

G1dds 06-11-2011 05:50 AM

OMG - I must have missed the bit where he rubbed his naughty bits all over Tom :o

The last I saw, he was half sitting over Toms shoulders still covering his man bits

joeysteele 06-11-2011 08:51 AM

I thought it was funny, Aaron has not been shy as to stripping off his clothes before and the game where he kissed Tom was no better or worse than this incident.

Just another storm in a teacup from perhaps some who likely have no time for Aaron at all and it wouldn't matter if he acted perfectly all the time in the house, he would still get criticised for that even.

I also think Faye was surprised but never-the-less had to smile at it too.

I wouldn't have been surprised if Mark had did this (and it would have been funny, because that IS mark - or even Jay (though thrusting against men isn't his thing). But coming from a man that even a burp disturbs his sensibilities it doesn't make any sense. Is this the Aaron who is so reticent about sexual matters that he never once got hot with Faye in bed, and hasn't had sex for 7 years (well we know that is a lie already.)
He gets a little trophy for being 'most entertaining' and before you can say 'dignity' he is stark naked, thrusting himself obscenely at Tom and rubbing his balls into his neck. Yes, it was a game, but hitherto Aaron would have taken the high road, given that little arrogant shake of the head he is so fond of that means he doesn't approve of lesser mortals actions and said 'oh dear' in that old woman way. What a turnaround. What a complete and utter fake he is.
You could tell Faye was mortified. Poor girl. I think the light is beginning to dawn on her.

Mortified(my arse)and as for dignity, pmsl, you are talking dignity!!!!!when the likes of Jay and Louise are smelling fingers that have been on body parts, farting,****ting talk all the time, the girl who said she would never have sex on TV.perhaps Aaron should have **** on Toms head then people would have loved him,the few detractors here are soooooooooooooooooooo desperate now, lol,It was something they did together as a task, but how DARE Aaron join in,it's skin, get over it,we see enough of the others

BBfan6418 06-11-2011 09:13 AM

Maybe it is because I am from the US and used to our version. Most of us have no problem if you lie to fellow HM's. Just don't go to the diary room and lie to us. I feel like aaron has done that on multiple occasions. I understand if you disagree just stating my opinion.

But it's ok Alex has stripped off before the show?lol,so because you did not see that(or perhaps you have)that's ok then,he did it in the spirit of the BB game, stop over reacting ffs,but I guess it gives you something to do.I'de say his dignity is well intact it's not as though he has robbed a blind woman ,is it?You'de prefer someone like that,oh dear!

armand.kay 06-11-2011 09:56 AM

Its not the first time he has got naked so i dont know why your so shocked...

If so, it was part of a task. It was to win alcohol

You mean the same kind of task where Aaron got the slapped arse attitude for a whole day when tom did no cleaning and so decided to ruin it for him and everyone else even after trying to be shushed by all the other housemates so as not to make him fail but he did it anyway?
