Yeah but there's a plethora of reasons as to how or why it would happen. Maybe one twin got other people to subdue the other and take them to the crime?

Given that blood vessels if they were joined at the hip - that would affect the other one surely? they share the same brain, same nervous system, same blood supply etc.

i have images now of one of the twins going to murder somebody and the other twin is like NO STOP DONT DO THIS and they start fighting eachother :3

maybe she waited until the sister fell asleep and put decorations up and stuff but that would mean dragging her around with her when she was asleep D:
