I'm not a fan, but he's a showman. If I had to go to a concert of any of the remaining contestants, i'd go to his.

I find him most entertaining to watch.

he had 1 good week, when he sang reet petite.

i seriously think this is gonna be marcus's big week where he show cases his vocals and puts on a great performance, 2 songs is the time for marcus to show his versatility and blow the rest of the competition away!

Adamw92 25-11-2011 02:03 PM

I think he'll step up his game, not that he needs to, he's definitely in the final anyway :idc:

icecakes 26-11-2011 11:38 PM

Marcus is brilliant, his version of reet petite was the best thing thing this year,
they should do a musical about Jacky wilson Marcus could sing all his songs
amelia is great as well, but I wish they would stop trying to change her looks and let her be herself, uk's lady ga ga, Janet is total rubbish, so is Misha:yuk:

Shaun 26-11-2011 11:42 PM

I don't understand why people use 'he'll flop' as an argument against him winning - you're meant to respond to performers, not gauge their marketability, since you're not executives

He's easily the most talented performer for me - he can dance, sing, he has stage presence and on top of this (a package that not one of the others posess) he's likeable.

Jords 26-11-2011 11:49 PM

How are Little Mix and Amelia not likable?

Marcus has the fun factor that none of the others particular have but so did Jedward - its not something essential.
I like him, hes a good performer, but his vocals are seriously limited and his direction is music is quite bland.

Reet Petite was pretty damn good but everything else has been boring... hed do well in musicals.

Shaun 26-11-2011 11:53 PM

i meant the three before the brackets  as in all 3 - the others only posess one or two.

Jords 26-11-2011 11:56 PM

Oh I get ya :D

He was fab at that.

He's got a good voice, he looks good, comes across very affable, and is a good all round entertainer.

I'd love for him to win - he's got the likeabliltyy factor as well as talent.

My fav performance was the one he did when he had the blackened eyes, with the cane...... can't recall the number/song but he was brilliant at that.

Louis, however, doesn't remind me of Michael Jackson at all

Marc 27-11-2011 11:55 AM

I don't want him to win because, like you said, he'd flop.

There's probably much truth in that - it's happened too many times with other winners, they have a hit or two, an album or two that never really takes off, get dropped by Sycho and fade away.
