The lead singer then was in a group called girls cant catch who also flopped. So manufactured groups can do well on the x factor but not necessarily well in the music industry(I know there are many exceptions such as One direction, girls aloud, hearsay and liberty x). So I think little mix need to win this or be 2nd or 3rd otherwise I cant see them being successful. So little mix for the win!

They came 5th.

1) Leon
2) Rhydian
3) Same Difference
4) Nikki
5) Hope

Also they were in the bottom 2 twice or even 3 times, so I wouldn't say they did that well tbh. Little Mix are doing great though.

With one direction last year and now little mix making the latter stages are we going to see only manufactured groups constructed of rejects making the live shows from now on? Its crazy the way people fall into the trap as well, a few months ago the members of little mix knew each other about as well as we all know them! ludicrous

Yeah I think this will be the trend now, though I do agree that Little Mix have made the best of their chance. When the 3 girls did Hey Ya on ITV 2 with janet's guitar, you could visualise more and more of this occuring.....

I think they're starting to manufacture groups in order to justify keeping the category alive, as there seem to be hardly any pre-formed groups that audition who are really up to standard. To me, little mix being manufactured isn't a problem, same with one direction last year, the fact they look and sound good together (well... mainly 'look' in one direction's case) means sometimes new groups being created on the spot isn't a bad thing.

I youtubed some of Hope's performances, and compared to little mix, they sounded really rather lame. Am glad little mix are highly likely to overtake them as most successful girl group out of the x factor (if LM went out on sunday, itd be a tie.)

Yeah lets all vote for little mix this week and then they will be the most successful girl group ever on x factor. They deserve to be
