I have come to really like Lady Ga Ga now, her songs are really good when you listen to them, for me she is far from overrated.She clearly has a lot of talent as to performing singing and writing too.
So I would personally strongly disagree that she was overrated.

I don't think she's overrated at all! She writes her own songs, choreographs her own shows and designs her own stage sets when touring, and she releases one hot after the other. She's got more talent in her little finger than most current pop stars.

I am currently listening to Rihanna's Rude Boy.. its garbage, she has an awful voice, its not catchy, its repetitive and just ****ing irritating!

I have to admit, there aren't a lot of female posters that I actually like, but to me GaGa is just amazing! It may not be "cool" to like her, but I don't give a toss actually. I'm going to go see her next year and I'm going to get right up the front and sing and dance and point and scream. :)

Lady GaGa's only considered overrated because of her fans being all up in your face about how good she is - if they weren't so manic, people would agree and she'd get nowhere near as much stick as she does now.

And yeah Jessie J is very overrated! Idont know what song of hers I was listening to earlier, but I had to switch it off as her voice was grating on me so much! I swear I can ding better than her!

If this forum didn't throw her in your face I'd be a reasonably big fan, I have both her albums. Because of the Grots though I've ended up disliking her & finding her music ok...
