That's Vera's beloved cladding. She thought it made them look posh :D

This one? That's cladding that Vera put up in the 80s before then it was like the rest

Number 7 next door to it has new brick because it actually collapsed in the 60's and wasnt rebuilt to the 80s, factory owners generally own this house

Thats gonna look a lot better than it does on the current set, as the Mawdsley Street houses are going to have roofs and basically the back sides of the houses will be fully built

As they currently look

With them being more complete on the new set, it is possible we might see them used :p

Aye, its kind of a shame its become the "young persons" house after decades of it being Jack and Vera's

I don't think there ever will be "one last affair" until one of them pops their clogs :joker:

Who lives in Claire and Ashley's old house?

Scarlett. 18-12-2011 03:11 AM

Haha xD

People always say Corrie needs a police station...but they do have one on set

Here's the actual sets close up

Here's the newest, the precinct (which is actually located next to where the set from the old picture I posted in my last post used to be)

Cheryl and Lloyd did, but they've gone now, I think Steve will buy it when he sells the Rovers next year

Scarlett. 18-12-2011 03:21 AM

I thought the Websters lived there because didn't the Peacocks and Websters swap houses at one point? :conf:

Yeah, the Peacock's moved to No.13 next to the Corner Shop and the Websters moved to No.4 on the posh side, then the house blew up and then Lloyd moved in

Thanks for all that Chewy, it brings it more to life now seeing it all laid out like that and where everything and everyone is.

Very interesting.

This is a great thread I'm pretty clued up on who lives where now, but I struggle to remember who lived in some of those houses years ago.

I think Albert Tatlock lived at number one in the beginning, but not sure if Ken lived there too or did he live in another house at any other time.

Also I struggle to remember where Ivy & Bert lived, were they living in the Duckworths house originally ?

I remember the Ogdens living at number 13 before the Websters took over, Kevin was a lodger at the Ogdens if I remember correctly.

Has Emily always lived in the same house, she's always with lodgers. I remember Curly and Spider living with her years ago.

Chewy, do you know which house has had the most residents living in it ?
