Crikey it's a long story but in short I went out into town, I ended up drinking too much and doing one or two other things that I most definitely should not have been doing :o:

Went to the pub with a few mates, they had sort of a "do" on with a raffle, DJ and food and that. Was still getting served at 6am, so was a pretty good night :joker:

On NYE I inadvertantly stumbled across the best chat up technique ever ( and I don't do that kind of thing normally)

Me too, I did get down to 1 a day for 6 months but then I changed jobs and It was really stressful so went back up to 10 a day and haven't been able to cut back since, I do think I should try and give up...trouble is I heard you can put on weight if you go cold turkey and I'd rather be thin and ashtrayish...
