Well you must have seen him asking the twins and georgia to nominate him and them along with others discussing what sort of reasons they can give for nominating..I can easily assume from this that he would have asked others to nominate him as well, hence the big thank you when they were announced.

They only gave the denise situation as a reason because you can't say I nominate so and so because they want to leave.

Please read the stuff I replied to ,parminion claimed you cannot nominate someone with the reason "they want to leave' ive seen countless noms for that reason ,but it was never even mentioned by any of them who nominated him ,they ALL said it was because of the atmosphere between him and Denise, clearly they ALL thought Michael was making the atmosphere of they would have nominated Denise too, they didnt
