Michael has presence and a certain allure: that something that you cannot quite put your finger on that cannot be replicated by false persona. He's led an interesting life, he is interesting, is intelligent, articulate, patient, astute, observant, has an air of uber cool about him - and a hundred other desireable attributes.

Not to mention a voice that makes many women go weak at the knees and salivate profusely.
