Voted, can't wait to see the end result.

karl100589 01-02-2012 04:44 PM

67 votes so far, but the new entries are drying up, I think I'll give it to 75 then get this going.

Voted.
Would love an UBB2, with no silly celebrities.

Think it would be very strange/odd seeing the old era Big Brother Housemates in with the Channel 5 bunch.

I think in a few years if CH5 BB is on for a few more seasons - they should totally consider this.
Put a mix in off BB Housemates from the good old days - with the newer housemates from BB12+ and see how they act, I just think THAT would be an experiment tbh.

I think they'd call UBB2 "Big Brother All-Stars", even if just so Brian can keep his title as Ultimate Housemate

This, there have been some good celebrities on the C4 series and they chose the worst ones, bar Coolio and John and they were up for eviction and got removed first anyway :/ Chantelle and Preston were obviously put in for a potential new 'showmance' after JJJ had just taken over BB11.

I like that idea though and hope C5 do, do another 'UBB' maybe after a few more years and it is really the 'final goodbye'

rk3388 01-02-2012 07:35 PM

when do we find out the results?

I agree, I'd love this. Considering someone from say 2002 compared to 2014 were in the same house, they're from different eras in a way and the show has changed so much.

Looking foward to seeing who the final 16 will be. I'm not confident at all that any of my own female choices will be included.:joker: Opposite though with my male choices, I'm very confident that at least half will make it.

The plan is to reveal them once we have at least 75 votes, so far we have 71, so we're getting close.

That's what they should of called it in the first place tbh.

They don't have to do it as a final series tbh, in America they have an All Star series now and then I think - it could just be something special, make to mark 5 Series on CH5 or something.

BUT - when the day comes that the show comes to an end, they must do a proper big All Star show.

Scotty07 01-02-2012 08:32 PM

UBB was such a disappointing mess, very very poorly thought out.

It was tacked onto the end of the last regular show on channel 4, so that in itself made it lame.

UBB wasn't dissapointing! I quite liked it

Yes awful decision, would've been better January 2011 in the traditional CBB slot or summer 2011 BB slot.

It's all history now, but if only there had been an allstars once every 3 years, that way the housemates wouldn't be much older and fresh in the memory.

For example what could've been, replacing the CBB January slot of each year:

BB Allstars series 1-3 (January 2003) Who goes in? You decide.

BB Allstars series 4-6 (January 2006)

BB Allstars series 7-9 (January 2009)

BB Allstars series 10-12 (January 2012)

what ruined UBB was vote to evict and nominations plus zelebs.

Tregard 02-02-2012 09:42 AM

Make it a proper series length with no zelebs, and you've got yourself a party.

Kizzy 02-02-2012 10:54 AM

poor josie might have had more of a chance if she had been allowed to catch her breath before they chucked her back in. :(

Interesting how you are doing this. Glad you are showing every housemate who has/hasn't got votes. Really like the idea of one top 16 housemate revealed everyday too, makes it feel like the real thing.

iRyan 03-02-2012 02:17 AM

Aw, I didn't get to vote :(
