Avocado, cocoa powder/chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, milk, ice cream (optional). Blend them all up, you can leave the ice cream out and place it in after if you want. :)

You only want half a ripe avocado per serving. I don't really go by set measurements, I play it by ear and go by taste. If it doesn't taste quite right I add more of the avocado or chocolate depending. I'll try find a recipe online for you.

Slightly different from my method, but it's one of those foods that you need do a trail and error with as everyone has different levels of taste.
