Borderline insomniac I think. No matter what time i go to bed I don't usually fall asleep until 3/4 and then get up for work at 7

My sleep is messed up. But it's not as bad as it once was.
Anyway I think it's cause I prefer night, I feel way more active than in the day time. |
Pretty crap coz it all depends on when im at work, sometimes im in bed for 10 up at 6 then won't go to bed till 2 the next day :(

Absolutely awful Though not as bad as they were a few months back
Right now Im going to sleep at around 4am and getting up at 11am. I went through a stage of sleeping at 8/9am and getting up mid afternoon D: |
Monday - Friday and Sunday: Go to sleep somewhere in between 9:00 and 9:45.
Saturday: Go to Sleep in between 10:00 - 12:00. Monday - Saturday: Wake up at 5:50. Sunday: Forced to wake up at 11. |

Mine isn't really a great pattern, some days I don't go to sleep till past 5 and that sometimes means I sleep in till 2ish or I only get 3/4 hours sleep on the days I have to be up early, but then that doesn't bother me because I'll have the odd nap to make up for it and I prefer staying up until the early hours so :shrug:

As long as I get 5 to 6 hours sleep I am fine, I usually go to sleep easily and always wake early too.
One problem, I hate sleeping in a room if anyone else is in it though.I don't sleep too easy on any rare occassions I find I have to share a room with someone. |
I have no idea, mines a little all over the place at the minute and considering I work everyday bar a Thursday and a mixture of early, mid and late shifts. Half the time I'm not sure wether I'm coming or going. I have work at 6:00am today and I have no chance of getting some sleep as I'm wideos!

Last night I got 4 hours, had work for less than an hour, got back around 9.40am, KO'd fully clothed on my bed for another 3-4 hours and now it's almost 3am and I've got to be up for work about half past 8. Oh dear.
