Ha I had no idea either, just guessed south

Wales is by Shrewsbury which is near Birmingham, so more South I would say as Wales is a bit more towards London I think than it is say Manchester or Newcastle.

North Welsh accents are horrible when they're pretty much indecipherable... I do like the Cardiff accent though

I like the accent they have on Gavin and Stacey, pretty sure that's set in the south. There is one Welsh accent I can't stand though.

I have probably one of the mildest i'd say but still it sounds strong on recordings.

Mine's more of a Brummie/Black Country hybrid so it's probably worse than yours, lol

I used to hate Welsh accents but they've started to grow on me alot. And I couldn't tell the difference between a North and South Welsh accent either.

Also, I don't know what the difference between Cornish, Devonian and Somerset is either but I'd probably choose one of those
