I'm still in shock that we supported the ****

I don't even hate him 'cause he's from Birmingham, he's just so so awful

If by 'sad' you mean hilarious and brilliant, then I agree :D

He was clearly Lerner's choice. Mark Hughes was interested in taking over and he was obviously snubbed.

LOOL Wolves are the only team down here who I dislike;).

Locke. 06-04-2012 11:06 PM

Sad what has happened to Wolves, they aren't even putting up a fight. Should have just stuck with McCarthy at least they'd have had a chance at staying up

King Gizzard 06-04-2012 11:08 PM

i don't dislike any midlands team..just cba.

although that could change..

Seems WBA are obsessed with us even though we don't really care about them. Bit like Coventry

bbfan1991 06-04-2012 11:08 PM

I rate Moyes a lot because of his work at the Toffees. He is some United fans choice to take over whenever SAF leaves.

I think Mourinho will end up getting it, although he has a great managerial record and the personality required for the job there is lots of doubts United fans have about him...

Honestly don't know why they sacked him. Especially considering they didn't have a sound replacement in place.

Bizarre decision to get rid of MM. Terry Connor is doing the best he can but he clearly is not the man for them long term?

Roger Johnson's form has been shocking since he joined them and Karl Henry being stripped of the Captaincy has not gone down well with most people connected with Wolves...

Pards with the signings he's made and how he's transformed the Newcastle team this season and still fighting for a champions league spot is amazing, Top Manager, Fact - Pards has a better win % then Harry Redknapp

King Gizzard 07-04-2012 04:51 AM

he's still a ****

Novo 07-04-2012 04:54 AM

Everyone loves Pards

King Gizzard 07-04-2012 04:55 AM

+ The signings are the scout/boards decision

Lambert/Rodgers have had inferior squads to work with

Novo 07-04-2012 05:00 AM

Pards is the guy who has got Ba and Cisse scoring for him, bet they love playing for the great man, fair enough Norwich and Swansea have held their own this year but considering where Newcastle were 3 seasons ago to where they are now fighting it out for 3rd and 4th spot with Arsenal Tottenham & Chelsea is nothing short of amazing

I have to agree with your summing up of Newcastle, I thought they had made a massive error getting rid of Chris Hughton, they always seem to be a see saw team and I didn't think Pardew would be successful.

They are though having their best season for ages and as you point out they are on a par with some big guns in the Premier league at present.

He warrants some recognition for how he has brought them to those heights, very few would have really thought Newcastle, at this point in the season, would be anywhere near where they are now.

Rodgers should get it. His squad may not be complete and they only seem to play one way but he signed the likes of Angel Rangel and Gary Monk when they were still in League one. To have got this far with such limited resources is remarkable. And for Leon Brtitton to statisitically be the most efficient midfielder in Europe - including all the Barca lot - is amazng.

Pardew should get be admired. Simply because no one was expecting them to be so good. He's got rid of Carroll bought in players like Cabaye, Cisse and Ba. All inspired moves. He's also getting the best out of Guthrie and Ben Arfa.

Been really impressed with Simpson this year as well, haven't seen him have many bad games at all and i think he's played in every single league game this season, he's my tip for a surprise call up to the Euros this year

GiRTh 07-04-2012 01:46 PM

Agree about simpson. He's looked good all season. England have now got a few good RB's. Glen Johnson cant still be first choice with Simpson, Micha Ricahrds and Kyle Walker all having good seasons.

Yeah Danny Simpson has been impressive this season, he always had potential and shame he did not make it at United but he's progressing at Newcastle:).

Mystic Mock 07-04-2012 06:56 PM

O'Neill as he has turned Sunderland from a mess into a top quality side, I think Villa will regret getting rid of him for years to come.

David Moyes was my 2nd choice as away from Cahill the rest of the team isn't exactly brilliant, yet Moyes always gets them up the top half the table every season.

MTVN 09-04-2012 11:43 AM

Should be Pards, everyone was tipping Newcastle to be a bottom half team or fighting a relegation battle, and nobody thought he was a good choice of manager when he was appointed, Cisse was a fantastic signing as well. It is impressive what Rodgers has done though, even if Swansea have hit a bit of a rough patch

bbfan1991 09-04-2012 12:44 PM

Moyes always does a great job for Everton on a tight budget, their traditions are fab and if they had more investment then they could be near the top 6 again regularly:)..

They are in 7th atm, although the teams above them are obviously more richer and miles ahead!

Legend killer 09-04-2012 11:14 PM

I see the next England manager just got bent over by Mr Lambert today
