Funny that a couple of days ago she announced to all the guys in the living room she prefered lad mates and didn't like talking to girls?
Being 'one of the lads' one day and a damsel in distress the other....nah, I don't buy it.

I don't think they cancel each other out. I can understand that she probably feels more comfortable with men but at times she might like to spend time with girls even though she's a bit of a tomboy. She probably feels the odd one out no matter who she is with.

He did stick up for her as well. Fair play to him, gone up in my estimations.

Lostie! 11-06-2012 12:48 PM

Bless her, she seems genuinely lovely and was happy to finally fit in with the girls. :(

Bless, she's so lovely

I think we've all met "tomboys" like Lauren... all tough and larking around with the lads one minute, and all helpless and melting and needing to be rescued the next. Nice to see the boys are still falling for this - even on here!

I don't think people are "falling" for anything. She seemed pretty genuine to me, that Sara comes across as proper bitch and Lydia is even worse for leading her into it then cheering. I think the girls are starting to see her as an easy target.

love her

I'm sure she seems genuine to you InOne. But she has told us what she's like, but shown us someone different.

Have to agree that Sara and Lydia are a pair of bitches... but it all makes it good to watch.

And I didn't say "people" are falling for anything... I said "boys" !

If I knew a group of people in the house were bitching about another girl who is fairly young compared to them then I would be a prick for thinking she was
faking being upset IMO.

Not saying that's not the case because it may well be.

I suppose Males as a whole don't like to think the worst of girls straight away ;)

Maybe it's just because Males as a whole don't like to think the worst of girls straight away ;)

Which is what makes you all such fun to play with.

This is why I have fewer female friends than male friends. Males are much more uncomplicated, less manipulative and cruel. Of course, there are one or two exceptions to that rule in the house...

I didn't like what you're insinuating there missy so I used people lol, we don't all think the same! :nono:

What I think it's coming down to is Lauren and that Essex chav both liking that Luke guy, I think that's where the claws came out. Essex chav was all over Luke and thought Lauren was staring. I can see a massive clash with them two soon.

fruit_cake 11-06-2012 01:22 PM

Ash def doesn't like Lauren

bbfan1991 11-06-2012 02:52 PM

I can understand why she was upset after hearing the 3 girls having a bitch about her, although the housemates are going to rub each other up the wrong way and bitch about one another because it is competition for the winner cheque.

Lauren will need to have thicker skin because it is a part of the show and surely she has watched before?

Lister of Smeg 11-06-2012 03:09 PM

the girls only dislike her because the men in the house like her i doubt any of the guys find her sexually attractive shes more like a mate you can have a laugh with Women hate Women like that they always think its a ploy to get closer to the men when most of the time that aint the case .

Yeah, I thought that... until she went all teary and gooey and "save me" last night. That kind of blew her tomboy persona out of the water.

Craiggy 11-06-2012 03:11 PM

She is genuine, like her

Lauren will have to realise that not everyone will like her in there and as the show goes on the backstabbing/bitch will heat up as the series goes on and especially when it gets to the final stages.

She will either win cause the audience will pity her or she will continue on getting teary eyed and will annoy everyone. I think she should just hang with whoever likes her.

i think ashleigh hates her cause she gets a lot of attention from the guys.
