Deana should get over it. She had a task to do just like Becky.

It's not the same thing at all.

When she was rumbled she was all apologetic and full of assurances that she really does like Deana and it wasn't all for the task. A very short time previously in the diary room, she was saying that she's definitely targetting Deana. I would feel used too and I'd make sure I paid Rebecca back.

Also... as Deana's feeling upset and unsure of herself and who she can trust, Rebecca's giving her the full benefit of her 19 years' worth of wisdom and telling her to "just be herself"! You should take your own advice Rebecca, you sly, greedy, annoying ratbag.

She proved that point even more when the bedroom crew were having a pop at Deana and Becky didn't defend her.

That jolly, friendly, bubbly persona is a load of bullshine. :hmph:

Mystic Mock 12-06-2012 02:44 PM

I feel sorry for her, but I do think she kind of faked it a little bit with her pouting.

fruit_cake 12-06-2012 02:44 PM

I don't like either hm, Rebecca or Deana

Ammi 12-06-2012 03:28 PM

..I did feel for Deana..she hadn't really bonded with any of the others and thought she had a friend..she did admit though that she was hormonal ..hence the tears..and she's going to get her own back by nominating Becky

Vanessa 12-06-2012 03:30 PM

Deena nominating Becca? Omg! That makes her one of my favourites now!

lahaine 12-06-2012 03:33 PM

looking at the H/L's i think Deana won't trust Becky again. I think those two won't be friends and Becky has come across like a bitch but it had to be done.

I totally agree with what you say above.

Thankyou Joey,I just don't get why people should dislike Becky over it,it could be said it was a compliment to Deana, lol,to be picked as the one she wanted to befriend,it was a task,I could understand if becky had done it out of spite.

it was her reaction in the diary that put me off. Not so much what becky had to do.

Bluerang1 12-06-2012 03:56 PM

Becky went OTT with it tho. Well that's what the edit looked like. She should have worked harder to befriend others, not just the one person.

No it's a game they should all be prepared for these sorts of tasks - Deana didn't feel bad about nominating people she hardly knew so why should Becky feel bad about what she did - and I'm not a Becky fan but don't think she did anything wrong.

#

because they had the one to one and so much time talking - so i would have thought dena would be the last on her list.

Yes - the reactions spoke volumes. After her task, Deana tried to talk it through, one on one, with both Lydia and Victoria. Also, she didn't know them at all at that point. She certainly hadn't been running her fingers through their hair while twisting the knife.

Rebecca, on the other hand, was gleeful in the diary room afterwards and, in the bedroom, was in an awful hurry to turn it into a pity party for her rather than demonstrating some little bit of empathy for Deana.

The whole 'I'm keeping my distance' conversation was also very telling. She couldn't give a continental about Deana. Let's see how many jelly babies she gives her from now on.

The whole Bubbly act isn't working and she clearly came across like she wanted Deana to piss off. She's lost Lydia and Deana in the house but i think she has a lot of supporters sadly in the house unless she pisses of anyone else i think she's safe foe a while. She did with those fake tears and has turned most of the house against Deana.

Beautifully summed up. Hello patsy, nice to see you.

I wonder how much of the bit in bold is down to their perception of her popularity on the outside? I don't warm to Rebecca at all; it's all far too forced and eager.

:xyxwave: Hey Livia. I knew you'd have her sussed.

i think with a few it could be a major factor. You could see a of few them hanging out with her in the bedroom and kitchen just wanting to get her attention. I think she's playing the safe act and maybe seen what Josie done in BB11 has her eyes set on winning the public over as the ditzy big girl. But i see a more tougher bitxher girl underneath who will see once she settles down.

Richie 13-06-2012 02:53 PM

I felt sorry for Deana because she'd just began being happier! But at the same time I don't necessarily think that Becky was in the wrong. I voted the top option (Y)

Katys_eye 13-06-2012 02:55 PM

I think Deana completely over reacted, if she was doing the that task she would have done it without a doubt. Its like on her first night she did the task straight away. maybe she's trying to get attention im not sure:conf:
