I don't know whether to say it's the best series since BB9  or BB10, if it had live feed it'd probably be one of the best series ever.

I love it so much though. And I need more of it.

And you're right - it actually sickens me how much people aren't giving it a chance, if it was on Channel 4 it'd of been everywhere.

What the hell are you talking about? Go watch BB11 and BB12 for 'dumbed down and chavy'.

The casting is what makes it for me this year

BB IS ALIVE 18-06-2012 02:46 PM

I'm really loving it.

With BB12 I just couldn't associate myself with any of them, but I feel like I really know this lot, it's a great cast! Also the bitchy arguments are brilliant.

Though I cannot simply understand why some people are like "Now Chris has gone it's all over" - Yeah he was a good housemate, but he was just cringey to watch and now Lydia is back on form so it's all cool.

This. I was worried, but it still has alot of great HMs to keep it going.

Was a lot more interesting on the forums as well. It's been a bit dull on here this series.

Patrick 18-06-2012 03:16 PM

Whoever said last year's was better by this point, what on earth?

All we had was Aden and Rebeckah, Aaron and Faye, Jay and Louise and silly tasks and stuff.
I love how the producers aren't even getting involved as much atm, because the housemates are that good they're making the series worth watching.

Samuel. 18-06-2012 03:22 PM

The first half of BB12 was amazing.

Faaron and Jaylou hadn't properly started at his point yet. Aaron was too busy destroying Rebeckah.

Scotty07 18-06-2012 04:02 PM

Definitely stronger housemates (particularly the females) than BB12, but only time will tell just how good it will be. If Aaron and Harry hadn't been in BB12, it would most likely be one of my least favourites, but they were and so it's somewhere in the middle of my BB rankings. BB13 could easily end up in my top 6 if I continue to enjoy it like I am now.:)

I still prefer Harry & Aaron to most of this years bunch and BB12 had a good first few weeks but I quickly lost interest. So far though I've been far more into BB13.

psychtracker 18-06-2012 04:32 PM

I think it's a pretty good start, and much better so far than last year. The only thing is, it's still early, and typically BB has a bit of a honeymoon period at the start. Because, it's all new..there's the establishing heirachy etc. Then it always seems to plateau, around 4-5 weeks, particularly after the public have yanked out a few of the bigger characters! We'll see how it goes, hoping for the best.

Redway 18-06-2012 04:55 PM

I agree. It's been a truly solid start to the series, which has given me confidence for this series. It's been churning out drama and tension like a water canon, which I guess isn't for some people (which is fine) but the majority is clearly interested.

I genuinely don't understand why some people are so dismissive of this series and consider it worse than BB12. You have all this as opposed to the nonsense we were getting last year. There's no competition.

MTVN 18-06-2012 05:38 PM

I don't get why most people seems to think BB12 was crap now lol, everyone was loving it at the time

That's the nature of internet forums.

smeagol 18-06-2012 05:44 PM

last years was better. too many in thisone i dont like.

Shaun 18-06-2012 05:52 PM

Billy :amazed:

I agree btw. Best since BB7. Doubt it'll overtake that series, but time will tell.

TomXe 19-06-2012 12:59 AM

totes agree, best big brother ever imo!

Joelle. 19-06-2012 01:04 AM

It's been good so far. I prefer it to BB12 and BB11 but it doesn't touch BB5, BB7 and BB10. :)

saz2011 19-06-2012 01:06 AM

bb7 was a varied group and great viewing. harry and aaron messing with the shopping list last year was priceless amongst other things. this year too many model oddballs that think they're something. where are the normal oddballs?

conpop 19-06-2012 01:31 AM

Totally agree. it reminds me a lot of 7 as a matter of fact (my favourite season but that could change now) Channel 5 is slowy getting their footing. I love BB again yay!

Oh, I disagree completely.

The only housemates worth talking about this time last year were Rebeckah and Aaron. Besides that, all people did on here was complain about the editing and lack of live feed. It was certainly not very exciting.

Last series was way too heavy on fauxmances and relationships. I still enjoyed it though. But this series >

Semtex 20-06-2012 08:28 AM

It's very repetitive, nom talk.

Livia 20-06-2012 08:28 AM

Talking about noms is spoiling it for me. They've discussed nothing else except Benedict masterbating. The housemates are okay, but it's too samey. They have a party every night, there are no punishments... I'm already getting to the point where I don't really mind if I miss it, and that's a bloody shame.
