i agree with you paddy..it was an awful thing he did and he deserves to get stick for it and any liking i had for him went out the window but the fact people are complaining to ofcom and i even saw someone suggest BB pull the plug on the whole show..puh-lezzze!! so over exaggerating

Sam33 26-06-2012 02:37 PM

To be fair, Alexandra did hint that she could have people and their families "sorted out" by her "gang mates". She was very agressive and she did deserve to get removed.

I'm not defending Big Brother, though. Conor should have been given a first and final warning, at the very least. He's vile.

No, and we're not going to get over it just because you make a thread about it.

Was she aware of all the stuff said behind her back, though? I'm not so sure. If she had known what Conor said, I'm sure she would have felt differently.

She also said to housemates that she feels as if she IS getting bullied. She probably just doesn't want to have the other housemates get punished, which could end up with her receiving more grief from them.

Ramsay 26-06-2012 02:39 PM

he should of been put up with deana and lydia he really should though

Making ourselves look daft for objecting to someone threatening to physically hurt another person, I don't think so. He didn't just make one off the cuff comment, it was a full blown rant, and uncomfortable to watch. Had he done this to Lauren just as an example, she wouldn't have said it was alright like Deana has (which incidentally probably went a long way to saving his bacon) and he'd more likely have been out.

I havent seen a single person say what he did was ok but some of the mindless and childish reactions are just pathetic people were looking for something to jump on before this happened well now they have it just as long as they dont come crying when they have burst their ball and dont have one to play with anymore.

Alexandra got kicked out for threatening housemates and their families with her "gangster friends". Completely different, lol.

Because it was not said with any aggression, it was a joke.. a bad one, fair enough, but he obviously wasn't going to go and punch Deana in the face. The way people are going on you'd think he was stood in the centre of the room screaming at the top of his voice in Deana's face, but no, he was sat saying it to other people and in a stupid voice. Obviously he's a bit of a tit in the first place for saying it, but he was pulled up for it, knows he was wrong, and won't do it again. No need to cause world war 3 over it.

That was me who said Pull the plug,I was being sarcastic, lol as that's what will happen eventually if people wont let go of this.the only thing over exaggerated is the total over reactions to it,it was a horrible thing Conor did but he wont get away with it so people should chill.

If she knew about it or not, she was asked if she felt bullied she said NO,she tells the others she feel this way for attention and to stop them nominating her

I thought you didn't like people who acted like they're better than others Chuff? Who are you to decide what constitutes a "real" fan? Anyone who watches and enjoys the show is a fan.

IF they are true fans they would not be going over the top and dragging the show before ofcom

Who's to say just because she's in the Diary Room means she is going to say how she truly feels? Just because she's away from the housemates doesn't mean she's away from the public.

Black Dagger 26-06-2012 02:45 PM

Okay, we can relate this to the Alexandra situation, yes we know Conor wasn't going to go knock her out.

But do you really think Alex was going to get somebody gunned down when they got out?

Exactly ,IF Conor had a chance of winning the show(which i doubt he ever had) he has lost it now, but where I think it is unfair is after last night Deana DOES have a chance of winning and that would be so undeserved

I think Deana would probably more upset over the remarks Lydia has made about her behind her back as she thinks they are friends, she knows Conor doesn't like her.You watch her reaction to the playbacks if she is out Friday!!

Yes, but you have to remember a lot of this bullying and the nastiness is happening behind her back. If she would have heard Conor's threats towards her then she most likely would have felt different.

I'm not saying everybody should complain to OFCOM or anything, I'm not going to as I think Big Brother did warn Conor and Arron that they're behaviour wasn't acceptable. Should Conor have got a proper punishment or perhaps removal? Yes, probably. But they've clearly made up their minds and we all know how stubborn C5 are once they've made their minds up about something. I'm just saying that the hate for Conor is perfectly justified due to what he said.

If he'd said those things in a club about a woman sitting at the same table, other people at the club would've intervened. Other people are doing what they can in this case, which unfortunately isn't very much. The fact that his angry rant was televised instead of overheard doesn't make it more acceptable, it only restricts the avenues by which it can be handled. The real problem here is that BB did nothing about it to begin with - and a wink and a nudge lecture is not dealing with it. If they had, others wouldn't feel this need to try to intervene, however futile their attempts might be.

People feel strongly about this and as true fans don't want the show dragged down by disgusting pigs like Conor. You don't get to decide who is and who isn't a fan.

It was said with extreme aggression, and it certainly wasn't a joke. Yes he's a tit, but I don't believe for a second he knows he was wrong, if Deana stays it will undoubtedly happen again.

He's the worst kind of man in my book (and believe me I've dealt with the type).
