I'm still reeling a little from the "spoon" business, as I can't really see what Lauren did to deserve Becky's ire (Especially seeing as how Conor had been plotting to nominate "D" and "B", making him an odd choice of ally for her). Still, if they can make up over that sorry business, I'd be happy to see her in the final, as she brings an enthusiasm and joie de vivre to the whole malarkey that my personal favourite (Luke A) simply does not excel in (though he has other fine qualities, bless ...).

If you have access to a video camera, I would definitely send them a video audition first (assuming they conduct the process like last year). I rather stupidly just showed up on the day, and had to queue for hours before getting to stage 1. If they like the video you send, though, you get fast-tracked straight to stage 2. If they don't like it, one is at least saved the bother of turning up on the day at all ...

No, if she was trying to do a Harry, she wouldn't have been screaming at Deana about not adding fast enough, she would've only bought one or two things, and she wouldn't have bought a variety of junkfood that she loves - she would've bought one or two simple things that were equally upsetting to everyone. She would have done a legit shopping list outside, then gone into the DR to change it behind everyone's backs.
