Most racists would never actually say something overtly racist these days. Time was when the racists could say whatever they want with impunity. The laws put paid to this. Now it's more subtle. It's the ostracising, ambiguity, ignoring, feigning ignorance (eg Caroline claiming she didn't know that horrendous gorilla was a racial slur and an unseemly element of her supporters doing the whole 'but Adam just happens to be black, she's not racist....oooooh it's PC gone mad' brushing under the carpet). But it's still there. Some brazen teen Conor supporting madams adding #p**i to posts regarding Deana.
Fact is that India and China will have the top world economies over upcoming years. Now that will give our racists buddies something even bigger to really moan and be vile about.
