I would think the same except I would be a little more inclined towards something violent. why? because we've seen an agressive side of him and its human nature to judge based on what you've seen.. So yes, his behavior in the house would taint my opinion of him.

Is it easy to get expelled in the UK? Its hard to get expelled in the US, you would have to do something mayor. In my stupid highschooler phase a group of us got together and threw a chair out a 4th story classroom window during break... Noting happened.
