the video wasn't the bb application, i think you have to purchase in app and not just general fb credits

The video shows you how to get unlimited facebook credits.

not on the BB app?

jackc1806 03-08-2012 01:56 PM

its extremely unlikely that someone has hacked the credits to vote on bb; most are used for games like farmville ect

I don't know. The clip was posted on twitter by Big Brother Extra. Apparently it allows you to multiply your credits. I was reading through the comments and it sounds like it works.

When I bought credits last year; due to the 7p charge (haven't bothered this year) I had to pay in app. All the comments are from all over the world; I highly doubt this hack has affected BB at all and I reckon its just BB Extra trying to start rumours.

Oh lord, why do fans go to such depths to try and find reasons as to why their favourites were evicted.

I made the thread, because i thought it was an interesting article. That's all. I have no idea if it's true or not. :)

No no I wasn't referring to you Vamessa, I meant the people who started the rumour

Ah, ok! I think that's Big Brother Extra!

Funny it's been discovered now when the two most disliked are eligible for one to get a free pass to the final and the other a nice pay out...I say put them all up and let the chips land where they may....

Cherie 03-08-2012 02:23 PM

I am wondering if it will impact on the votes tonight, will people who ordinarily vote by FB actually pick up the phone, so easy to vote while sitting at your pc especially if at work, a bit more difficult to dial in.....if Deana and Luke A are bottom 2 we will have our answer...:bawling:

I wonder that too! I hope Deana stays! Becky needs to go! :xyxwave:

All any of this proves is that C5 have done the right thing by pulling the plug on facebook votes.
It does work by the way and has done ever since the inception of FB credits ;) but i expect the avenue will be closed quite soon due to the sudden publicity and the loss to FB of probably a very good customer in BB.

oops sorry i updated my post after yours it has been around since day 1 of facebook credits which is before BB votes but both the people who have known of it and the creators of the apps that use it have kept it under their hats for good reason on both sides but once a TV show is involved it has turned it into a different problem and one that C5 and FB now have to sort out.

I honestly dont think the scale of it would have ever affeected any bb vote but the second that C5 suspended FB voting at 6pm last friday i thought oh oh here we go.

HBB1508 03-08-2012 02:37 PM

I voted via FB last year as it was so cheap but it took absolutely ages to get it done that I ended up giving up. This year I just use the phone it's a lot easier, for me anyway.
