I do think Adam was a bit out of order for constantly bringing up the fact that he lost £50K with a stupid grin on his face, would wind me up too...

Exactly this. Every single housemate is gutted that the prize money has halved, regardless of their cover ups. They all (without exception) have illusions of winning, and have just seen a large chunk of the money slip away. Their eyes and body language tell a different story to their fake smiles and empty words.

I thought I heard 'gorilla' so possibly. Everyone else should stop jumping to conclusions.. OP obviously didn't think when he said 'What the **** you laughing at' sounded like 'gorilla face' ..

Well said. It was a shocked reaction from them all. They could not believe what happened and did not really know what to do or say.
