Yeah her views seem very ridiculous to me. Postmen (and council workers) get paid too much and do not enough, while as a model she just stands around looking pretty and probably gets a much higher wage than them.

I agree, what planet does Sara live on, somebody should tell her that there are thousands of young graduates with good degrees working in all manner of jobs that could be traditionally termed as "Manual Labour". And to single out her annoyance at one or two particular groups (Postal workers eg) is just plain stupid. She does show her naivety from time to time and this rant hits the nail on the head.

I don't even find her attractive. She's decent enough looking but tbh if I seen her out I wouldn't think wow or anything. I dont see the fuss with her at all.

And agreed she try's to act smarter than she is and come across intelligent when she's not really. It could be worse she could be acting stupid like Ashleigh which is pretty pathetic. Why people would find that a good quality is beyond me. When did being dumb become a good thing?

Council workers earn loads of money? Absolutely clueless, she obviously has no idea what council workers even are and the sheer scope of the work they do. But not to worry, she can be added to the list of housemates who are in for a rude awakening upon entering the real, adult world. The spiteful side of me almost wishes I could be a fly on the wall and witness the moment when cold, hard reality comes calling.

Sorry to say it, but the so-called *edit* INSIDERS and their hanger's on (possibly with the exception of Scott, jury is still out on him for me) really do seem to have one primary thing in common. They are, essentially, thick as pig sh!t.

A lot of people Sara's age have strong opinions about things they think they know about but in reality know diddly squat.
She has probably based her opinions on what she has heard & read but in 5 years time with more life experience & growing up a bit more she will have different opinions.

Yes, the irony of that wasn't lost on me either. She said something along the lines of "all postmen do is walk around putting letters through doors and they only work from 6 to 1" and my first thought was "you get paid just for walking around, not even putting letters through doors, and 6 to 1 is a 7 hour day, when a catwak show lasts maybe a couple of hours tops".

She seems to think that people only ever strike for better wages too, rather than other reasons like working conditions, fuel prices, pensions, etc.

I'm putting it down to the ignorance of youth though, that age where some people think they know it all, but in reality know jack-all. Both Sara and Scott are glaring examples of that - a couple of years at uni and they think they've lived, when really they've only just started life and have barely ventured into the real world of bills, mortgages, responsibility, etc.
