BB are trying to assuage Luke S from the £50k loss. They dont want his family to say 'you've scarred Luke, he never had a chance as he was bottom with Caroline'. This way yhe failure of Luke S to win £50k as winner will be down to...LukeS.

I was sick of the sight of luke S last night! and agree that when the had the 60sec thing on BBOTS to talk about deana they showed a silly montage thing that had nothing to do with deana...when it ended the klaxon went....?

I was glad for once that they didn't just show things with Luke S as to his so called romance with Ashleigh,the nommy's were good to watch really.

I didn't think he got a particularly special treatment on bbbots, Scott is overall inoffensive and it does seem the bbbots audience like him.
I thought it was evenly balanced more as to the highlights last night and I am pleased they showed Adam not going to be taken down for voting how he wanted too.

Deana near always appears to enjoy the events in the house but always then has to find fault with someone as to it afterwards,that has happened a lot,I am glad this time it was Adam and that it was shown too.

The picture I have in my mind from last nights highlights is not of Luke S or Scott, but Adam sitting outside alone after Deana's attempt to get at him for not voting for Luke S,while Deana lay on the bed talking to Luke A and rather than going out to Adam then,she decided she would apologise in the morning.
I would have gone out to him there and then if I felt a need to say sorry for something.

BBBOTS though is now an oddball of a programme, Emma is really getting bad at keeping the continuity going and I really do near believe most of the panellists only watch very small snippets of the series to comment on.

I have to say a fair balance of what actually happened in the house was shown in the highlights last night, for one of the few times it has been so.

If they were going for a positive edit, it had the reverse effect on me. I'm not keen on a man who has more products, and who spends more time in front of the mirror, than I do. Also, Luke S is so cringey at any kind of formal dinner... his simpering conversation with the chef, even the way he holds his glass (because he read somewhere that's what you're supposed to do) screams "HELP ME, I AM OUT OF MY DEPTH!".

You know Luke S is not the brightest shilling in the box and deserves everything he has brought upon himself since leaving the White Room. I mean for someone so tactically astute why did he not see that he was in a no win situation when the task started ie the 1 minute countdown. He should have reasoned that he could not guarantee beating Conor to the Buzzer (at least not when the money had gone past £40k) so why even take the chance, because by trying and failing we have seen the consequences , No, better to stand back and offer it to Conor and say you wanted to be in the final and stay with *******igh. It would have been Conor's choice to take the money or not, either way Luke S would be praised and admired and probably one of the Fav to win.

But no , his greed blinded him to this sensible option and the rest as they say is History...!!!

Most of us would have tried to hit the buzzer. 50K is hard to turn down, unless you are already wealthy. So I don't have an issue with him there.

And I know that he's feeling raw over it, thats obvious, on the whole I think he dealt with it quite well.

But trying to cover it up and talk about not going against his morals, just doesn't make him look good.

Thought it was quite clever of BB to hold. These "Nommies" awards as really it's just an excuse to show all remaining HM what was said about each other in the DR when nominating. And of course with no more nominations to be made , I think BB was hoping stir up bad feelings in the last week, which is generally quiet.

I think the remaining HM might use this as an excuse to cause a few more rows to get a bit more airtime in the final week...

But still makes me think he is too pretty and someone off high school musical or Glee......cringe...x

The nommies were a great twist, had they been neutral.

It was the perfect way to introduce conflict and paranoia in the last week.

But having BB decide on who got the prize was a step too far IMHO.

Helen Adams, from Wales, was runner up to Brian Dowling in BB2. She was a sweet girl, fairly innocent. She also was in the first "real" BB relationship. People were engrossed in the "will they won't they" debate, back in the days when Big Brother was still a reality show.

Anyway Helen had this tendency to blurt out whatever came into her head, it was slightly bizarre, but funny and very endearing. These statements became known as Helenisms by her fans. The most famous being "I like blinking, I do" :D

Anyway, she's still my favourite HM of all time. :thumbs:
