The only similarities between them are their psychotic fanbases since they mostly consist on the same people. Other than that, Aaron was awful and ruined BB12, Deana's been amazing and a huge contributing factor to why BB13 has been the best since BB9.

NO WAY for many reasons- Aaron was great, Deana is boring, Aaron survived evictions against good/popular housemates, Deana hasn't, Aaron made people laugh, Deana doesn't, Aaron won, Deana won't. The only similarity is the fact that Aaron fans dominated TIBB during BB12 and Deana fans have dominated TIBB this summer, and since day 1 I have not understood why there is such thing as a Deana fan

Last year Aaron picked up on the lonely hearts club band that were bullied at school, knew someone that was bullied and could relate to a man that was unlucky in love. They had no problems with the 7p vote and the Aaron phenomenon was born. AARON RODE A WAVE OF SUBLIMINAL ABUSE IN THE HOUSE and all his outsider support took off and spread with the help of the media bandwaggon futured by his brother. This year a massive amount of x Aaron supporters feel like they are on a winner with Deana and its all happening again but the parallel between Aaron and Deana is so wide, it dosent bear thinking about. The difference is between their fans not their personalities. Their fans are quite close and this is the difference or similarity this year, not the HM,s personas.

Well you must get annoyed easily, because all of about 2 Deana fans have used the 'victim' card, it's mainly those that don't like her that have used that and the race card.

BB13 has been absolutely terrible. It's been like BB4 but with more bitching. I've lost interest in the show this year, and I do not care who wins this year.

And Aaron was the main reason why BB12 did as well as it did.

I love both Aaron and Deana but the treatment dished out to Deana in the house was far more brutal then what Aaron went through.

On BOTS its the reverse, they just dont talk about Deana at all which IMO is a good thing compared to what was said about Aaron - wife beater? abused as a child? etc

I agree with just about all you say above and I hope she doesn't win BB, Aaron also topped the votes in every eviction battle he fought and it would now seem pretty clear with no confirmation of the fact that Deana likely hasn't.

I don't have any problem with people being a Deana fan but from some of them, some of their nastiness to others who aren't has surprised me this year.
I have said no one is perfect.
It is the incredible selective posting as to all others faults and the stance of that Deana has got none at all and would and could never do anything remotely wrong or unpleasant that has irritated me.

She has been one of the nastiest housemates in there this series, from the first week and even before the Conor incident.
She has rarely been entertaining and although she has admittedly had to tolerate some hostility from some in there, which to her credit she has handled quite well,many housemates have been on the receiving end of her lies, plotting and scheming too.
Something that in the main gets way overlooked.

Aaron,as is pointed out in the post from CallumJoshuaSturt was an entirely different housemate who had to deal with really viscious hostility at times from Jay etc; but who was someone who didn't lie as to others,especially about them to other housemates too.

For simple decency and entertainment value,Deana doesn't even enter the radar as to a comparison with Aaron as to those things.

I was a fan of Aaron and so have made this comment today on this thread as I always tried to defend him last series but I do my utmost to avoid even talking about Deana now mainly due to the attacks thrown out to any who dare say she isn't perfect.

Last year a massive amount of Aaron fans were picked up on an internet campaign and the result was that load got to run behind a winner. Obviously the memories of this victory and the comradship of the battle to get him there still survives and Deana has picked up on a lot of Aarons fan base. This year the votes are not 7p and there are no real nasties in there so it will be close. I hope adam or luke a wins, Deana has too many facets to her game and its turned me off her. Nearly every evicted HM has said so and they know her better than us, but we will see.

I loved Aaron but i can't stand Deana.

You post is spot on and I also hope she dosent win. Last night she sealed it for me. The trip to the diary room and the cry and the pathetic apology with tears was so fake. She heard the boos on eviction night and realised the attilla the hun act wasnt recieved as she expected, now she is back on the sympathy trail. This girl seems to have a plan for all occassions and its weird for me to say this but she actually makes me a tad uncomfortable to watch her spinning out her next story.
