No. Jesus Christ. It's 2012, anyone who doesn't have a Sky Plus box by now or the ability to record Big Brother, isn't even relevant.

For ratings purposes, recording does not count. If you want BB to stay (although production sucks so bad), people who are ratings panelist need to watch it live and not just record it.

I thinkl they are working on a digital ratings method to come in the future. However advertising will lose seeing as people fast forward or dont record ads at all.

LOL, i didnt watch it.. I am downloading it today, I heard there were some good acts and that it was much better than the opening.

Just because you personally find the remaining housemates boring, it doesn't mean everyone does... :xyxwave:

Last night low viewing figures really couldn't be avoided. I didn't even watch BB last night, I watched the Closing Ceremony. I watched BB online today.

considering the olymipics got 26million and 85% of the viewing public, it isn't a big deal. It's held up pretty well this year considering the competition and Channel 5 will know why it's been so slow. We all knew this was coming.

The closing ceremony was pretty average though, the 500k people didn't miss out on too much

Wow. Lowest Big Brother rating to date. Did better against the Opening Ceremony.
