A barista is somebody trained to make coffees, learn about the blends, beans, grinds, the milk and how to heat it for each of the coffee variations.

Dunno what any of them are (apart from cappichino which I love), I have coffee with 2 sugars and some milk. Black coffee is the devils spawn.

Just love all coffee, would drink all of the above! After spending 9 months in the states, I became addicted to Iced coffee in particular, which I drank All the time. But most places don't serve plain iced coffee here in Ireland, and the ones that do have it are really expensive. Made my own tonight and it was lovely! :hugesmile:
