This might be slightly controversial here, but I don't think you can really blame the Australian pranksters. I bet she has more than likely been made to feel terrible at work by her bosses, and more than likely her colleagues have been teasing her about it - probably well intentioned to make her feel better about it, but that probably added to her woes.

It wasn't a malicious prank played on this nurse, and people need to remember this. Those pranksters will feel awful about this, too. This will definitely affect their lives.

Yeah the Radio DJ's could never have expected an innocent prank call to result in this, I bet they never even expected to get through to a nurse at all. Too soon to speculate on all the causes of the suicide though

It is the first nurse on the call who has died. They said she was a staff nurse who was just covering the phones for another colleague.

that prank was actually quite funny (the accents sucked), shame it all backfired :(
