Who is he, what's he done and what makes him a £250k celebrity?

:conf:

He's the only contestant on this year's X Factor (minus Chris Maloney) that made the show any interesting and brought publicity to the show. He got the whole nation talking and while he'll be a nobody this time next year, he's at his peak now in popularity and relevance, so even though it's a lot of money, everyone knows who he is and will tune in to see what he'll be like.

He's no Neil Patrick Harris but he's relevant enough at the moment to go in there and not be called a nobody.

£250,000! amazing well done to him
will definitely be the most successful

bbfan1991 08-12-2012 03:06 PM

Wicked:D. I think he would be very entertaining in CBB if these stories are true!

Jordan. 08-12-2012 03:08 PM

What a waste of money... I'm sure he'd have done it for free just to keep himself relevant.

With an advance payment of around £125k - £150k.

King Gizzard 08-12-2012 03:26 PM

Don't think he'd be very good really

TheManWhoLaughs 08-12-2012 03:38 PM

Nobody gives a ****e about Rylan other than X Factor viewers - at least Cocozza was someone a lot more well-known by people who didn't watch the show. Seems like a waste of money to give him an A-list payday.

Shaun 08-12-2012 03:38 PM

everyone else might as well give up, he's going to win :idc:

Black Dagger 08-12-2012 03:40 PM

It'd annoy me if he doesn't get as far as Frankie, everybody went on about how he changed, when in reality he was still a cock-head and quite dull as well.

So he's done nothing of note, then ..... worth, at most, a tenth of the fee ..... :bored:

BigBrotherfan4ever 11-12-2012 03:46 PM

I so hope these rumours are true, I've liked him more since he left the XF, he just comes across as a really nice caring person, but more importantly in terms cbb, i think he would be up for a laugh & doesn't take himself to seriously.

Black Dagger 11-12-2012 03:47 PM

'Clark'

Irene Pearson 11-12-2012 03:49 PM

This is not a celeb folks. He is a failed talent show contestant who would pay CBB to keep his mush on TV

8 million people saw him on television every weekend, his name was constantly in the papers for 3 months.

ATM in time he's a celebrity, maybe not in a year's time, but for now he is.

And he came 5th..

It's not like he didn't even make the live shows, so he didn't fail that much :idc:

Gstar 11-12-2012 05:48 PM

If I was offered 250k I would say yes before they even tell me what I need to do so I don't blame him

& you can tell that he's gonna be entertaining

Omah 11-12-2012 05:52 PM

If C5 are offering a nobody £250k then how much will they offer KP - £1,000,000 ..... :puzzled:

You keep calling him a nobody and he really isn't, just because you don't know him doesn't mean other people don't. :bored:

It's nothing to do with "knowing" :

Nobody

No"bod·y noun ; plural Nobodies . [ No , adjective + body .]

1. No person; no one; not anybody.
2. Hence: A person of no influence or importance; an insignificant or contemptible person. [ Colloq.]
