Jahmene would still be here without the 'sob stories' He's pure talent!

Jahmene would have gone by week 6 if it wasn't for the sob stories I bet.

Well that was me being generous as those type of acts that are normally better than Jahmene do not take off on The X Factor, so without the sob stories I do think at max Jahmene would have lasted till about week 6, and at worst I think week 4.

Everyone knows Chris was the real winner.

a good point, Mock

Mrluvaluva 08-12-2012 09:50 PM

Thank god he has gone. I just cannot see the bigger picture with him like I can with Jahmene or James.

Nope he got 3rd, therefore wasn't the real winner

Mystic Mock 08-12-2012 09:54 PM

Would've been 2nd if it wasn't for Jahmene's sob story.

Brother Leon 08-12-2012 09:55 PM

He reached 3rd and avoided the bottom two until the final..all this as a wildcard who is apparently nt very good.

I'll take that

James topped the votes tonight though if any year has gone by when the final 3 happens.

Also James has got to the final with no pimp slot, no sob story apart from tonight, not as much limelight given to him as much as Jahmene's been given off the judges, the judges even try and convince James fans not to vote for James Arthur because he'll be more successful after the show but never say the same thing for Jahmene yet his meant to be brilliant so he'll get a recording contract anyway, right?

A lot of people hate sob stories, so that can actually also go against them. Some people can remain focused on what actually matters.

Jamie585 08-12-2012 10:00 PM

How do you know James topped the votes? :suspect:

Not the type of sob stories that Jahmene has, even I feel sorry for him but I just don't like the fact that he uses it to get votes.

9 times out of 10 the last one saved in the final 3 is top of the votes.

Which was mainly played on tonight, unlike Jahmene who's been playing on his since week 2.

Jamie585 08-12-2012 10:04 PM

I don't think Jahmene Begs for votes, He gets votes because of his TALENT, Whether you like it or not, he has a lot of fans.

Mystic Mock 08-12-2012 10:05 PM

I just can't believe Jahmene will be butchering more songs tomorrow night, I wish he would stop playing on the sob stories now, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Roy Mars III 08-12-2012 10:06 PM

Chris has been subject to vile attacks from goons like Tulisa from Day 1. James and Jahmene have been been given everything, Chris had to earn it all from hard work and pure talent.

Actually James's has been prevalent throughout too. Just because you like him doesn't make his sob story any less used too.

Mystic Mock 08-12-2012 10:09 PM

I've noticed weeks go by where James has never played on the sob story, even on death slots that his been given aswell, unlike Jahmene.
