BB knew this would cause friction for them, they knew before the task Heidi and Spencer wouldn't do it, and that it would up Claire's game. BB have no further use for Heidi and Spencer, that's what this is really about for BB, they couldn't have made it more obvious. Expect they want them out Wednesday as if that would bother Heidi and Spencer in the least, BB probably want Claire in the top three, which I doubt she would have been but will probably be now.

It just shows they can't be bothered that much by the letters, so are using the excuse if anything to ignore Heidi and Spencer.
