The options really should be just 'fried bacon' or 'grilled bacon'.

Alf 03-02-2013 02:56 PM

I'll have 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 black pudding, scrambled egg, beans, mushrooms, bubble + squeek, tomato, fried bread and a cup of tea

Patrick 03-02-2013 03:01 PM

Potato Bread from an Ulster Fry, something you left out :suspect:

Other than that - Mushrooms.

LemonJam 03-02-2013 03:09 PM

There is nothing like a fry up. Genuinely went through a week of eating one once sometimes twice a day.

It's gotta be egg though

....on weekdays I would have a coffee (decaf), yoghurt, piece of fruit and orange juice...at weekends I may throw in some toast and marmalade or a croissant if I feel like pushing the boat out...I have even been known to have muesli sometimes....:amazed:...

...night SharkAttack..sleep well in your upside down timezone...

Yoghurt, yes! I knew I was forgetting something. OK, we're on the same path then.

GypsyGoth 03-02-2013 09:39 PM

None of it. I'd much prefer cereal.

Niall 03-02-2013 09:47 PM

Bacon >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Redway 03-02-2013 10:04 PM

Mushrooms, Sausages and Baked Beans.

Seldom ever happens though. As Claudia said, I'd much rather just have some cereal or toast and butter.

It's disgusting, why would anyone order that?

I have ticked bacon as I don't eat it anymore, but it's the one thing I miss.
The eggs toast and toms sound nice.

Um, excuse me. The tomatoes :nono:.
Fruit for breakfast? Not in my America.

MTVN 03-02-2013 11:06 PM

Chose fried bread (not fried toast you tit) because I barely ever have it so appreciate it more when I do, didn't know there was such a thing as white pudding as well

rk3388 03-02-2013 11:30 PM

Red pudding

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_pudding

Quote:

Red pudding is a meat dish served mainly at chip shops in parts of East Scotland as an alternative to fish (see fish and chips). The ingredients consist of bacon, beef, pork, pork rind, suet, rusks, wheat flour, spices, salt, beef fat and colouring.

This clumpy red-coloured mixture is then formed into a large sausage-like shape of roughly eight inches in length, no different from its black, haggis and white pudding relatives. To encase it, the food is thickly coated in batter, deep fried, and served hot, ready to be taken away. Bought on its own it is known as a "single red", or when accompanied by chips it is known as a "red pudding supper".
