Today I bought the CD and I did like the album, classic RnB sounding. I love it!

will only be able to properly hear it once it's on Spotify.

Justin Timberlake scores the fastest selling album of 2013 so far, and his third Number 1, with The 20/20 Experience.

How do you follow three consecutive weeks at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart?

If you’re the unstoppable Justin Timberlake you simply go and bring home the fastest selling album of the year, too! Chart domination complete. Following three weeks at the top of the Official Singles Chart, the US superstar now secures his third UK Number 1 album in a row with The 20/20 Experience.

Notching up sales of nearly 106,000 copies this week, the album which features two Top 5 singles (Suit & Tie and Number 1 Mirrors) today takes its place as the fastest selling album of 2013, toppling reigning title holder David Bowie’s The Next Day. The 20/20 Experience has outsold the rest of this week’s Official Albums Chart Top 5 combined.

David Bowie slips one place to Number 2 with The Next Day, while Emeli Sande holds steady at Number 3 with Our Version Of Events. The Motion Picture Cast Recording of Les Miserables bounces up six places to Number 4 following the release of a new deluxe edition earlier this week, and Bastille’s Bad Blood (Number 5) completes this week’s Official Albums Chart Top 5.
well done to him
I still haven't listened to the album properly D:

Will listen to it fully sometime but not a fan of the few I have listened to. Except of course for Mirrors. Loving that song.

Iceman 26-03-2013 12:43 PM

on course to sell a million... upgraded from 500K expectations :o

Iceman 26-03-2013 12:46 PM

If you count the n*sync albums this will be his third 1 million first week seller :o

Smithy 26-03-2013 12:50 PM

Don't think it'll hit a million, probably be just under

Iceman 26-03-2013 12:52 PM

Yeah was just reading that....but still 900K after a 6 year break and terrible first single (IMO) is mega....

Jake. 26-03-2013 12:53 PM

I love Suit & Tie/Mirrors

Smithy 27-03-2013 11:26 AM

Thats fairly impressive....part 2 of the album could do a lot better now that people have refamiliarised themselves with him.

Marc 27-03-2013 11:41 AM

He could do with a few 'Rock Your Body' 'LoveStoned' or 'My Love' type songs on there..

LoveStoned and Rock Your Body  his best songs
Just compare the videos to the video for Mirrors and you can understand why I despise it

Roy Mars III 27-03-2013 02:58 PM

album of the year

Jords 27-03-2013 02:59 PM

Underwhelming for the hype it got.

Smithy 27-03-2013 03:03 PM

I think the second one'll flop cause people'll realise they've bought a crap album

Tom4784 27-03-2013 03:04 PM

It's an awful album, self indulgent and overlong. Most songs overstay their welcome and they just don't justify the length.

Less is ultimately more, I hope he applies that adage to the next album.

Drew. 27-03-2013 03:22 PM

just gave it a listen.. only 3 or 4 songs that i really liked

Me. I Am Salman 27-03-2013 03:24 PM

it's FINALLY ON SPOTIFY

Jake. 27-03-2013 03:27 PM

Just finished listening to it

Pusher Lover Girl - 5.5/10 - meh, and it goes on for too long
Suit & Tie - 5.9/10 - it's ok but underwhelming
Don't Hold The Wall - 6.5 - I like the beat but the song feels a bit repetitive. It had potential to be really good
Strawberry Bubblegum - 6/10 - Not bad at all, quite catchy
Tunnel Vision - 6/10 - I like it, this is nice
Spaceship Coupe - 5/10 - pretty crap
That Girl - 6/10 - nothing special
Let The Groove Get In - 8/10 - one of the standouts on the album, very catchy and I love the beat  finally something with life
Mirrors - 8/10 - very good, though the video is making me start to dislike it lmao, whoever directed it needs to be try out a new proffession
Blue Ocean Floor - 5.9/10 - it's exactly like Get It Over With, the tune is quite pleasant and soothing but it seems to go on forever, and in a weird way that's what make it sort of endearing
Dress On - 5/10 - got bored and skipped it after a minute
Body Count - 5/10 - repetitive, had potential to be something good

Overall the album's very average, I'd give it a 5.5/10. There's very few standouts are the majority of songs sound the same and are forgettable. Pretty much dog poo compared to FS/LS and Justified
