I wasn't even referring to any members in that Madonna thread tyvm. Jokes are fine, I even mentioned in a recent Madonna thread that I've made loads of jokes about her age. When I refer to ageism I mean the people who insist she shouldn't make music anymore because she's in her 50s

there are people who say say she shouldn't make music and are strong with their views. Not necessarily on this forum, elsewhere, and I think I can pick up if somebody is joking or not I'm not handicapped.

and I said flop moral highground because I was joking. A difference to the real moral highground I was taking with the whole age issue.

But her 1st stab at chart success wasn't that great....Yeah she had a number 1 album but it fell out of the charts like a 9/11 victim from the 90th floor.

Shes done well in the theatre though I give her that the girl has done good for herself.
