That was for its opening show. It's gained viewers since then.
It's a rating low for Syco. But it's a cookery show so was always going to be. :idc:

US X Factor is too messy and disjointed and Simon should stick to talent shows, food isn't his forte

Yet Great British Bake Off was regularly bringing in 6/7 million viewers

And not according to google, it's stayed at 2/3 million throughout hehe.

Google's a dick.
At uni we get access to BARB official figures. It's peak rating was 4.7 Million I think.
Yeah not Bake Off figures but still respectable.

Besides. Guarantee that if Simon was a judge on it; regardless of his lack of food credentials, it would have drawn in more viewers.
That's why UK X Factor has flopped since Season 7 and that is why he is a God.

Meh The Voice US destroys Cowell's X Factor over there, so it's k

The X Factor was the first show to have the mentoring/coaching element? The Voice 'coaches' do the exact same as The X Factor judges. They both judge and then progress onto mentoring/coaching.

Simon is destroying The Voice UK, so I suppose it's just what's popular in different countries.

Technically Pop Idol/Popstars was, well in 21st century terms anyway.

But meh, I don't really care about ratings anyway, I was just saying that it annoys me that Simon will be smug, when his show is practically singers anyway. I'll stick with The Voice <3.

I thoroughly enjoyed the show, the Jessie Ware-esque singer was touching and the Shadow dancer group was spectacular and I also love the chemistry between all 4 judges, it deserved good ratings.

BGT got it bests launch ratings figures

It was meh. Amanda and Alesha are terrible and all the auditionees were forgettable. Simon and David carry the show now.

Vanessa 14-04-2013 06:43 PM

That's great news! :amazed:

Awesome:). I liked the pacing of it all!
