How do you know you won't go bald?

My stepdad was always thankful he wasn't receding like a lot of people his age before noticing he was thinning on top and now has a bald spot. Like a hairy donut.

Look at your grandfather on your mothers side if you want to work out your chances for baldness.

Z 21-05-2013 11:52 PM

Well, there's no way of knowing of course, but there's no history of baldness in my family.

Benjamin 21-05-2013 11:54 PM

None in mine either.

Shaun 21-05-2013 11:59 PM

My mother's side tend to bald around forty, but my dad had really black hair (and a thick head of it) until he died (age 63) so idk... my older brother is in his forties and still has all his hair though  (but he's ginger ew)

swinearefine 22-05-2013 12:02 AM

I have a really weird body, the facial hair around the right corner of my mouth is grey, and my pubes are turning grey  i think it makes me look kinda distinguished though

Benjamin 22-05-2013 12:02 AM

Oh Shaun, you poor thing. A ginger in your family.

My Mums dad always had a lot of hair but went grey early, seems the trend is actually happening because I have noticed I've a couple of greys, doesn't bother me that much though

Jords 22-05-2013 02:18 AM

Greying has commenced, yes. At least cashiers have finally stopped ID'ing me for alcoholic beverages over the counter. http://i395.photobucket.com/albums/p...milies/yes.gif

Well I am adopted, so you never know...

but my biological mom was 16 when she had me, so very unlikely.

Are you still single? My biggest fear is still being single when i'm 40.
