Of course, if no one breaks the law, no one will be fined.

[QUOTE=Omah;6034635]The time taken is now minutes/hours rather than days weeks - effectively it's instant.

Fax machines were pretty instant if I recall, but yeah this is less bureaucratic but will still be a nightmare to implement imo, but we shall see...
The point about disabled spots is a good one.

I have seen it quite often when people stay in the middle when the left lane is completely clear, when that happens I normally overtake them on the right then go straight back across to the left to try and give a bit of a hint that they should move :idc:

Surely the approved procedure is to approach at speed to within 6 inches of the offending vehicle, brake sharply, sound your horn, flash your headlights, then dash round on the inside of the offending motorist, pulling up in front of him then slowing down to 10 miles an hour less then he was doing, before speeding of at 100mph, in order to teach him a lesson ..... :puzzled:

You didn't say anything about it having to be done 'on the go' just quickly.

Well, it wouldn't be very quick if the police tried faxing without a fax machine in their car ..... :laugh2:
