That was used around the top of the house - so I literally think they just cut a strip of that down [the yellow and red banner] and it fell, and was left there. :laugh:

I think it's hilarious how you can get away with CONSTANTLY baiting and baiting on every single thread or post I write - trying to get a reaction out of me, and no one moderator says a single ******ing thing to you.
