I tweeted Lydia about this yesterday and she said hiding is very strict, no phones or contact with anyone.

Wasn't lauren tweeting during the week up to the series? Either way, as said above it could be a friend or family keeping up the pretense so people don't suss and loose her her place after The Sun article she stupidly got published.

Looks like a lot of these teasers may be the secrets the housemates have to hide about themselves if the show is indeed following the secret story format.

Hope we don't get the BBAU secrets thing. But if these turn out to be true sounds like a nice mix of characters who should be interesting to watch. Better than every show starting with a montage of hair preparation.
