..I like him and I actually thought he was ok in the diary room when choosing between the suitcases and the pizza, I think it's only because we know he's and actor that we're looking at him differently, it's not unusual for a housemate to be OTT and adapt their personality in the diary room to make the most of their one to one air time...

I am surprised the HM's aren't more suspicious, it'd be only natural to suspect a mole in that situation, and then there's the fact that he's gone to the DR twice and also that I'm not sure an ordinary person would deliberate so much.

He kept saying oh I really need my stuff...it was a bit OTT imo

But, if we didn't know he was acting, it might have felt normal.

true but in fairness the situation is not normal. In normal life you don't suspect moles, but in the BB house it would be normal to suspect one seems to me.

Yeah I know what you mean.

I just think that for years and years housemates have always suspected a mole/plant and it's never happened, so that alone would play with their heads and all the usual paranoia that follows.

He did over-do it a bit but Im liking the twist so far.

dont mince your words there

smeagol 15-06-2013 04:29 PM

he is great, but bb need to stop making it obvious ,why pick him to do anything just let him be a housemate then do sneaky stuff on the sly would be far easier. the wya they are singerlign him out he will be sussed soon

The idea is good but I don't like 'Michael'. They should have put someone in who'd be a dick so it'd be believable. His innocent act ruins it.

joeysteele 15-06-2013 04:33 PM

I am not impressed, I could have happily done without this twist.

I cannot see it getting better as I don't find him convincing at all.
He is in place now so I'll wait to see what happens.
He isn't a 'proper' housemate,so I have little interest as to what he may do or will be doing so for me he is an irrelevance.

If I was in there, I would have been massively suspicious of him from his first race up the stairs to the diary room, also, I would have likely done a Speidi and asked for a solicitor if I had really believed they had shredded my items and/or clothing.
That was all just silly in my view.

ThisIsNickkk 15-06-2013 04:42 PM

The twist isn't the problem, the twist could be amazing. It just depends on whether BB gets him doing silly stuff that will have just about no impact.

It needs to be psychological as well as opposed to silly games. We need some insider info in the house, he needs to tell one of the housemates that they probably won't be liked on the outside, he needs to mess with their head's and make them all paranoid, or get them all bitching.

Braden 15-06-2013 04:49 PM

I don't mind him as an actor, he had me convinced in his VT. I just feel like the producers have went far-fetched in regards to their own ideas. Shredding the housemates' suitcases is a bit extreme, and looked unrealistic. I think a better idea would've been to have Michael pick just one housemate not to have their suitcase throughout their entire stay. That way it wouldn't have looked fishy, because he would've been forced to make a decision and it still would've caused tension, especially if he chose somebody like Sallie. She would've been even more annoyed if it was only her I reckon.

The recent task sounds silly too. I hate it when people get too personal in the house regardless of it being a mission, so the idea of his secret being "I hate fat people" comes across completely childish.
