In vote to save we could keep him, but it's a vote to evict. I still hope he'll survive eviction. He hasn't been nasty, so who knows ?

as someone who's had people dislike them for no particular reason all their life, it's very interesting. just confirms it's their problem

I think the more they pick on him the more the public will feel sorry for him. So it could work on his favour.

:joker: no not in real life, but in there he is an easy target, poor Dex.

possibly, but i really have no idea what the public thinks. the public thinks very differently to the people on this forum. usually the opposite

what people don't seem to understand is that at the beginning he went on about being a sugar daddy and rich because he doesn't have any confidence. i think people may think he's arrogant when in fact he's actually the complete opposite. most people won't figure this out though

Vanessa 23-06-2013 09:34 PM

It's starting to look like bullying to me. I'm so disappointed in Callum.

fruit_cake 23-06-2013 09:35 PM

in fairness he is extremely creepy though

That's just your perception. Other housemates such as Dan, Callum and Sam could also be labelled as creepy

:nono:

fruit_cake 23-06-2013 09:44 PM

I like him, but he is creepy, he thinks he's god's gift and talks to people like they're objects

oathbreaker 23-06-2013 09:45 PM

Feel really sorry for the guy.
normally when a HM gets through an eviction they give that person some space for a week. I don't think he means any harm he comes across as really awkward around other people and sometimes says the wrong thing.
Goodness help that house when he does go because who will be the next focus for all negative attention

It's all a front. He comes across as very insecure to me. He's very articulate and intelligent , but a bit socially awkward.

Patricia4 23-06-2013 09:47 PM

I think he's harmless he seem's nice.

joeysteele 23-06-2013 09:47 PM

All I see is those that are shown on the highlights anyway, is all of them talking about someone or everyone else in any case not just about Dexter.
Dexter talks about many others too.
What else is there to do in that house really anyway.

this proves EXACTLY what i just said in my post up there. he only comes across as god's gift (to a lot of people) because he doesn't want everyone to know how little confidence he actually has.

i don't know why you think he talks to people like they're objects though. to me when he talks to people he really looks like he's listening. a lot of the people, Jemima especially, are always looking round the room and appearing disinterested when people are talking to them

no way! Jem is a good listener.

Dex thinks he can score by using some sort of technique..he even teaches it apparently. He needs to get real and show the world who he is instead of trying to fake it. I like him though I thought he was very empathetic with Michael even though it was misguided obviously.

well i think that's why he's gone on the show, to make himself a better person

He does indeed teach it, and he considers that he does it well!

he does comes across creepy sometimes but thats whats funny to me. as he tries too hard , and says all the wrong things .
he obviously uses money to get women .but by the look of it but thats cause he is poor at talking.
he is very insercure always trying to impress people thats why he talks about all the things he has done sort of self validation but it comes of looking bad .think he just wants to be liked and loved and cant express himself properly,
he is funny.reminds me of like delboy trotter lol

Everybody loves a con-man, that's why/how they exist!

Actually I agree with you here I am pleased to say. I think his stories are to set out to impress people to hide his insecurities too, thinking that will make them like him more.
He is funny, I really enjoy watching him and as I have said loads, I love hearing his stories, taking most of them as just that, stories though, not likely fact.
