I never would have guessed from the start that Dan would be the first male out.

I agree this twist should have had only Sam and Sophie up, putting anyone else was basically evicting them, Sophie and mostly Sam have done nothing so far and for them to still be in that house is disgraceful.

Not hard to believe that the fans of Dan couldn't get enough votes together to get sophie or sam out. I wouldn't be surprised if his fanbase split their Votes to evict between sam & Sophie.

What more can I say that I haven't already said in previous posts... Terrible twist terrible result one of the main characters thrown out the house and he was nominated for eviction by NOBODY...!!!

Yes I know they all go eventually and I know a lot of people didn't like Dan but to be fair he was playing a good game and did not deserve to go like that.

Very sad for him, for his family and fans and sad that BB has now descended into the utter farce that it has now become.

Seriously what was wrong with the twist. it's called secrets and lies, we needed something, what was so wrong with it, fair play??? whats fair play when the public vote anyway. is it fair play that they votede gina and dexter out, and yet there still in?? thats no way fair play. why wouldn't they vote people to be safe and then be put up for eviction, boring stuff.

the one thing i'll say is i didn't want dan to win and i want sam to win the money and i wanted sophie to go last night, but seriously the great british public voting out the one person who gets everyone talking and is the most entertaining and we get rid of him whats the point in watching now, they've shot themselves in the foot, and that stupid crowd bb has, everyone just gets boo'd and while the interview is going on it's like a bunch of kids.

Completely agree with the OP and all those who agree with the OP. A spectacular own-goal from Big Brother. The production team really should have found a way to twist, the twist.

I think people would have been happier if it had been done during the week Hazel and Daley were in the safe house.

Edit: I don't actually dislike the twist though, I think it was a great one but I wish it wasn't Dan evicted. I liked him eventhough he was too caught up in thinking of the twists and he lost the bubbliness.

I like the unpredictability of these twists.I want more,I like that anyone could go,Hopefully we don't see all the fav's just sail through to the final.

I'm still so disappointed. I just can't say that this was a good twist when the ending result happened to be a big character being evicted, while two boring people got to stay. The show will indeed go downhill after Dan's departure. He had a huge screen presence on this show and interacted with mostly everyone. What do we have to look forward to now? The stupid love triangle? Hazel moping around about how she's disliked by the public? The twins trying to be funny? ugh I so wish Dan was still in there.

Even Dan was a bit quiet during the last days, I feel like he was the balance wheel in a clock. You might not notice that he was there but he was definitely needed. I don't want to hear about the non-existent love triangle, Hazel trying not to be noticed is not interesting and the twins will not funny no matter what they do.

My guess is the whole thing is rigged so dexter wins, he is a gambler and the series is sponsored by poker.com... I think there have been some pretty heavy bets laid on ol dex winning.

agree with original poster.....unnecessary farce....they tried perhaps to get rid of the nice guys but it backfired as dan wasn't all that nice all the time he had some edge

You don't speak for everyone, I have said ever since this twist was known last friday that first,I didn't agree with it, I felt for Sam and Sophie and said they would never have been up.
I also said no matter who went in the safe house with them, in my view the twist was wrong and none of the housemates should have been up this way.

So no to your post, I for one would not have been saying that at all.
