A man named Dexter has had a photograph set up standing next to a big fancy car with the number plate D1. He couldn't outright say its his because that would be flat out lying. He puts it out there and lets people like the OP make their own minds up. And the story of Dexter Koh, man of mystery...is born.

Dexter is the master PR machine, right down to having a personalised number plate which isn't actually his. And neither is the car. :D

This is Dexter. Nothing else needs to be said as Rylan has confirmed it. I only hope Dexter supporters can recover after he comes out and admits he conned you all. Aaww poor Dex, he just happened to be passing that randomly parked Roller and some random phographer just happened to snap him and without Dex even knowing the photographer gave the snap to a PR agency without as much as a "by your leave". Poor Dex, the price of fame!!
