Kazanne 16-08-2013 11:19 AM

You are right ,hope people on here (apart from if the actually gone into the bookies and laid massive bets) will claim THEY got rid of Sam ,because it is not true ,but Sam is still the favourite to win the show

I wanted him to go in week 6.

And he is boring.. one little rant where he waffled a load of ****e isn't going to make him a good housemate, with any luck he did enough damage last night and has sent himself packing.

Yeah!...it's good isn't it!...Just now he's joint favourite with Sophie to be evicted tonight ...at 2's!

It's good to know that common sense and fairplay CAN win in the end!...Get the bad tempered spoilt-brat that has bored and slept his way through the series OUT! :xyxwave:..

The Dexter/Gina brigade will find any excuse to lay into the other housemates that might topple them from their BB assisted thrones - "Sam the bore", "Sam does nothing". Sam stands up to Dexter then it's "Sam the bully", "Sam the vile, arrogant, aggressive sleaze" (note the use of putrid language for merely calling someone out on their lies). Same happened to Callum, same will happen to the twins if Sam goes, same language, same insults, same posters.

Vanessa 16-08-2013 11:35 AM

Bye bye Sam! :xyxwave:

Only just though GGG!...Dexter is closing in ...Fast!...he has the momentum to eclipse 'Golden Boy' even if he survives tonight! [which is looking increasingly doubtful imo!] ....it's going to be a lot tighter than I thought just a week ago! ...it's exciting!!

Everyone seems to think that bookies drift and tighten odds based on bets laid, this is not correct. They will offer bigger odds to attract mug money and if they want they can shorten odds as they like just to protect themselves.Letme explain. If anyone has been to the track and seen someone going up to one bookie and placing a big bet, that bookie rubs the choice out and shortens that horses odds to protect his own book. Others see this and boom, all the odds change. That means that the other bookies who have not taken a penny have shortened their odds due to another bookies big punter.

The only reason sams odds have shortened so badly is 2 fold......dexter and gia fans are rumoured to be voting on him but the DS article has given the bookies the collywobbles and they PERCIEVE him to be less liked due to it but as for money paid on him, that's not true. Votes are not linked to odds. The odds are concocted from information gained and form, not knowledge of votes placed which are for the most part secretive.

If this is the case and bookies are just attracting 'mug' bets rather than reflecting a real change in opinion..then surely theres nothing to worry about. Sam wont be going.

Keep voting our block vote is working his odds are in free fall.

Agreed.....look at the win odds they are still the same as they were. Sam seems safe but the bookies are worried about an Aaron style bet to get rid of the fav making way for Gina or dexter. They simply cant afford to push his win odds out to 3/1 or the like because they would be hammered with smart money bets and if he is saved they would need to reform the market. Don't forget that the vote to win comes in this week which is way different to VTE.

Dexter is looking good for the win if BB give san another bad edit. maybe they have a spin off show for dexter in mind like the great pretender or how to be important and loved with a zero personality.

They may even start a new series called embarrassing voters, lol.

How is it unfair?

Sam is the victim of being a bitter twat, who has put his spot in the house in danger due to his actions.

sampvt 16-08-2013 11:53 AM

Dexter is so infuriatingly scammy that he has the ability to make normal people implode. hardly a good trait to posess but some think it is. Sad really but its a fact of life. Sams only saving grace is that there are more decent people out there than bitter voters supporting either dex or gina

Black Dagger 16-08-2013 11:54 AM

He's a foul mouthed yob, the good ole Daily Star revealed it, hardly decent :hmph:

I'd appreciate you not calling voters and fans bitter. I support both and I am not bitter, people want Sam out as he is favourite but for doing naff all for 9 weeks.

Cheddarcakes 16-08-2013 11:55 AM

Dexter fan here . Bye bye Sam I bought into the ruse :D

Yep!...but they won't listen Leon!!...If their 'Golden Boy' goes tonight, or just does not win the show...then it will be for some other 'nefarious reason' rather than his own inadequacies! :nono:..:joker:
